The complex "Karras Residence" consists of five (5) independent residences, which promise to offer you a dream experience of accommodation and hospitality.

Constructed in 2023, these seaside modern residences offer you luxury, comfort and tranquility. Your stay there will be an unforgettable escape, since the modern and welcoming atmosphere, the quiet and clean environment, but also the high aesthetics are what will make your stay magical.

This seaside shelter is located just 100m from the sea, while our private beach is waiting for you to enjoy the sun, walk along the sandy coast and enjoy swimming in the deep blue waters of Halkidiki. Lie down on your comfortable sunbed or on a pouf under the shade of the umbrella and let yourself go with a view of the endless blue and escape from the problems of everyday life.

In the comfortable living area, enjoy the gentle sea breeze that permeates the room, relaxing with a book, playing chess or watching your favorite series on the state-of-the-art TV. Furthermore, during your stay you can use the sofa to sleep on - as it converts into a king-size and comfortable bed.

The bedrooms, located on the upper part of the house, have a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, decorated with luxurious linens and fluffy pillows, offering you the perfect oasis for rest and relaxation. There, there are large storage areas for your clothes and personal belongings, a beauty desk, a TV and an ironing system.

Take a refreshing shower, in our very modern and stylish bathroom, using our premium toiletries and fluffy soft and fragrant towels. Furthermore, in the bathroom area you will find electrical appliances such as a washing machine, dryer and hairdryer.

Create stunning and delicious dishes, enjoying them on stands in the living rooms of the houses or on the large outdoor dining tables sheltered from the sun and rain. Our kitchens have all the electrical appliances (electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, microwave, etc.) and you will find all the necessary items (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, spices, spoons, etc.).
